  • Menjadi perkumpulan masyarakat sipil terdepan dalam pemantauan dan penganjuran (advokasi) terlaksananya Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) atau Corporate Social Responsibility sesuai dengan amanat konstitusi dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

  • Menjalankan dalam kapasitas sebagai perkumpulan masyarakat sipil social control pelaksanaan tanggungjawab sosial dan lingkungan.

  • Menjalankan social control pengelolaan sumber daya alam dan atau terkait dengan sumber daya alam, agar berkontribusi nyata dalam pengembangan komunitas masyarakat.

  • Meningkatkan kompetensi para pemangku kepentingan dalam rangka perwujudan tanggungjawab sosial dan lingkungan.

  • Melaksanakan penelitian dan kajian tentang tata kelola tanggungjawab sosial dan lingkungan di Indonesia.

  • Melaksanakan kerjasama dengan pihak pemerintah, swasta dan kelompok masyarakat sipil lainnya dalam rangka mewujudkan tanggungjawab sosial dan lingkungan.
